About Aulo
We missed something. Not sound, but presence.
Aulo started as a passion project by music lovers with a background in the hi-fi world.
People for whom music has never been "background noise", because they know what music can do: carry memories, place or even intensify emotions.
Yet, we saw it change.
Music was everywhere, always available, always on, and at the same time, people were listening less and less intently.
And that's when the thought came: this can be done better.
More beautifully.
More peacefully.
More honestly.
Not another device demanding attention, but a way of listening that lasts.
A ritual that helps you slow down and return to the essence.
And there was something else. We had been looking for a long time for the right integration of audio in a home: without cable clutter, without visual noise, without technology taking over the space.
An object that can be seen, but doesn't overshadow the moment.
Aulo was developed in the Netherlands by a small team of product developers and music lovers.
What drives us is simple: making conscious choices, eliminating noise, creating lasting products, and making space for music, and for you.
Music deserves attention.
And preferably on vinyl.
